Three South Florida High School Baseball stars went in the first round of the 2012 MLB Draft. Albert Almora went sixth overall to the Chicago Cubs, Nick Travieso went fourteenth overall to the Cincinnati Reds and Lewis Brinson went 29th overall to the Texas Rangers.
We at La Ley Sports congratulate those young men and the other 16 who have yet again put South Florida High School Baseball on the map.
