You shall be solely responsible for supplying and managing content at your own expense and La Ley Sports shall not have any obligations whatsoever with respect to the content. La Ley Sports retains the right, in its sole discretion and without notification to you to immediately cease displaying the content if in La Ley Sports’ opinion: (i) The content infringes upon any proprietary right of any third-party or is no longer in compliance with our Terms of Use., (ii) The content is not directly related to the athlete’s specific sport, (iii) The content advertises products or merchandise or contains fraudulent, deceptive or misleading photos, videos or illustrations., (iv) The content is defamatory, offensive, obscene, indecent, vulgar, or excessively controversial and suggestive or that, in the opinion of La Ley Sports, may be offensive to good taste; and (v) The content discriminates or violates any applicable state laws or regulations.
